Twins hold hands after Premature birth

The images and video of these premature twins joing hands melted the hearts of the entire internet.

4 January in Australia were born this twins, and unfortunately prematurely. But it seems that right now, they are fighting for the life side by side, and forever!

Kristiana and Kristian born at 28 weeks of pregnancy and weighed only 1 kilogram each, but fortunately, parents know that everything will be ok, now that they are together…. forever! 🙂

The parents decided to post a video and photos and they turn virals, running the world melting hearts.
